My Story

Ever since I was little, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. What that was exactly, I didn't know... until I started seeing a therapist of my own who helped me navigate some challenging years and life transitions. I found great benefits from therapy, which ultimately led me here! I strive to provide that same support and experience to my clients!

I am a certified anxiety-informed therapist and most often support individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, and panic. My goal is to help you break the cycle that you spend so much time battling every single day. Anxiety and OCD, often cause emotions such as shame, guilt, frustration, and hopelessness. Fortunately, our brain is really amazing, in that it can be re-wired! In other words, you do not need to continue to struggle with your anxiety or OCD forever.

Therapy with me is collaborative. My flexible approach to therapy allows for a "come as you are" space to attend to your needs as they happen in real-time. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, but when it comes to OCD and anxiety, exposure response prevention (ERP) has been clinically shown to be the best treatment approach.

Although I most often work with clients experiencing anxiety, panic and OCD, I do support in many other areas such as: life transitions, parenting, self-esteem, depression, interpersonal issues, and trauma.
